3. PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITY

Providers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to their profile is accurate, current and lawful.

Providers must not submit false, misleading, fraudulent or unlawful information.

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Providers may purchase subscription plans to advertise their profiles on GuysMasseur.com.

The applicable subscription price and billing period will be displayed before payment is completed.

5. PAYMENTS

GuysMasseur.com provides profile listing, advertising, communication and direct booking-request features for independent professionals.

Any booking or appointment arranged between a customer and an independent professional is a direct arrangement between those parties. GuysMasseur.com does not collect, hold or process payment for such appointments or services.

Subscription payments made to GuysMasseur.com are solely for the selected profile listing and advertising subscription.

6. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS

Where recurring billing is selected, the subscription may automatically renew according to the selected billing period.

Providers may cancel future renewals according to our Cancellation Policy.

7. PROFILE CONTENT

Providers are responsible for all information, photographs and other content uploaded to their profiles.

Providers must have the necessary rights to use content uploaded to the website.

GuysMasseur.com may remove content that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

GuysMasseur.com must not be used for illegal activities, fraud, impersonation, trafficking, exploitation, harassment or other activities prohibited by applicable law.
