Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to subscription services purchased by providers on GuysMasseur.com.

1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Providers may request cancellation of their subscription at any time.

2. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS

If recurring billing is enabled, cancellation should be completed before the next scheduled renewal to prevent the next subscription charge.

3. CANCELLATION PROCESSING TIME

Cancellation requests submitted through the account dashboard or by email will normally be processed within 2 business days.

4. ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION

Where applicable, the provider may continue to access paid features until the end of the current paid subscription period.

After the subscription expires, the profile may be unpublished or restricted from public display.

5. REFUNDS

Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund.

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
