My Massage:
I customize the massage for my clients/patients & use a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue & Sport massage techniques. Pressure is applied to the different pressure points on the body by using thumbs, palms, fist & elbows. Stretching & rotating the limbs & joints is also preformed. All of these reduces fatigue & muscle tension &, improves the function of the lymphatic system & blood circulation. This provides help with dealing insomnia, relief from headaches, restore body's energy, reduce stress & promote healing from stiff neck, backaches and sprain.
